Warranty Policy

Every HeatsBox Go comes with a free 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty for any manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover any problem caused by impact (including a drop), water damage, food spillage, or any other malfunction or damage not resulting from defects in manufacturing.
• The warranty does not cover the accessories.
• The warranty does not guarantee functions of the mobile app on your specific phone or tablet.

Damage caused by the use of any charger or battery not originally purchased from HeatsBox automatically voids the warranty.

To obtain warranty service, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us via our website and send us a notification.
2. We will get in touch with you so we can help determine the problem and find the most appropriate solution for you.
3. If needed, we will give you instructions on where to ship your product to.
4. We will repair or replace your unit when received and ship it back to you as quickly as possible. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning the unit to use under warranty, but Heatsbox will cover the cost of shipping the unit back to your address.

Please ensure your unit is disinfected, clean, and void of food spills, dirt, stains, and other impurities as a courtesy for our Support team.

Please ensure that your unit is wrapped and packaged properly with bubble wrap or foam. We are not responsible for any damages during shipment resulting from improper packaging by the customer and repairs on such damages may be completed with an additional fee.

Extend Your Warranty

When purchasing your Heatsbox directly from us, you can extend the 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty at time of purchase by purchasing a 2 Year Extended Warranty (resulting in a total warranty period of 3 years). When checking out on our website, simply check the “Extended Warranty” option when you select your model and add the Extended Warranty coverage to your Cart. The extended warranty covers the same items included in the 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty.
