Ingredients
- 1 pound (450 g) salmon fillets, divided
- 2 tablespoons vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3-4 tablespoons butter, diced into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 pound (450 g) broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC) and cut two 14x12 inch (35x30 cm) foil sheets.
- Make sauce: Mix vegetable broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Season salmon: Salt and pepper both sides, place in center of foil with broccoli alongside.
- Add flavor: Sprinkle garlic over salmon and broccoli, then pour broth mixture on top.
- Add butter: Distribute diced butter over everything.
- Seal and bake: Fold foil into packets, seal, and bake on a sheet for 9–12 minutes.
- Serve: Unwrap, add lemon juice, and garnish with parsley or cilantro. Enjoy!
