Rice with Mushroom Sauce

            Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups / 400 ml water
 - 10.5 oz / 300 g mushrooms
 - 1 tbsp / 15 ml oil
 - 1 onion
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 cube chicken stock
 - 1 bay leaf
 - 2 grains allspice
 - 1 tbsp potato starch
 - 3/4 oz / 20 g butter
 - 1/2 cup / 100 ml cream
 - Parsley
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 
Directions
- Cut the mushrooms into slices or cubes & steam them for 3 minutes
 - Cut the onion into thin strips & fry in oil
 - Add cooked mushrooms & lightly fry everything
 - Place in a pot, add water, lemon juice, poultry broth concentrate, allspice, bay leaf, & cook uncovered for about 15 minutes
 - Add butter, cream, finely chopped parsley & cook for 1 minute
 - Mix potato starch with a small amount of water, add to the mixture, mix, season with salt & pepper & cook for another 4 minutes
