- 1.5 lbs / 700 g green asparagus
 - 5.3 oz / 150 g butter
 - 8.8 oz / 250 g natural yogurt
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - Chives
 
Directions
- Wash the asparagus, peel it, break off the hard ends and steam it for 15 minutes
 - Mix soft butter with yogurt in a pot, add eggs, mustard, lemon juice and heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly
 - Season with salt & pepper and heat for another minute
 - Place the asparagus on a plate, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with chopped chives
